Masha is a multi-lingual, international film and TV producer covering many strands of visual culture. Her academic and professional career spans across Croatia, Germany, Sweden, Italy, US and UK. 

She was first trained at Ogilvy and has mainly worked on agency side, with stints at production companies, such as Mekano in Stockholm which was named Best Scandinavian Film & Production Co, as well as Universal-owned UK film production company Working Title. After moving to London to do her MA in Producing at Royal Holloway University of London, her first short film production was screened at the London Film Festival, and her feature pitch was well received by industry professionals. She has subsequently gone on to work for the crème de la crème of Europe’s creative agencies.

In her roles as producer as well as head of production, Masha has successfully produced for some of the most creatively awarded agencies in town, working on some of the industry’s most challenging campaigns, earning nominations and commendations. Not only does she enjoy realising the creatively driven ideas (and often unusual approaches) - such as Mother's first ever fully integrated global production for example, which involved turning a C-130 Herc military aircraft into a live catwalk while flying over (and landing in) the highly classified military zone 51 in the Arizona desert, with the doors open...; the campaigns she produces also yield great results for her Clients (Adidas, Apple, Audi, Barclays, British Airways, Coca Cola, Expedia, Guinness, House of Fraser, HTC, Mutti, Virgin Media, Yamaha and Zara just to name some).
